“When we set up an incentive trip to Ireland with our distributors our goal is double-headed. Firstly, we want to reward them for a job well done and secondly give them a true experience of Ireland and its people so they can better understand the Guinness culture and heritage. The experience we had with Golf & Incentive Travel was all of this and more.
From the moment we were picked up at Shannon, to the time we were reluctantly dropped off for the return to the U.S., the personal attention we received was phenomenal, creating a relaxed atmosphere and ensuring our short stay was an enjoyable one.
The golf was extraordinary Tralee, Old Head and Lahinch. The travel arrangements ensured that journeys were kept to a minimum, allowing more time to enjoy these great courses. However, the highlights of the trip were the post golf activities. A night that will never be forgotten began at Old Head in Kinsale journeying through Cork and Kerry, while stopping to test Stout with the locals along the route back to Killarney. We experienced a sing-along in Cookstown, Co Cork where not only did the publican sing but also his wife, his teenage daughter and his son. Not to be outdone, the American crew rebutted with some show-tunes, which kick started the locals and before you could bat an eye a full-fling seisiun was on. This was Ireland at its finest and the group took home memories with them that they will cherish forever.
Our experience with Golf & Incentive Travel was totally professional and enjoyable. Three days and nights seemed to last forever due to the relaxed atmosphere and gracious hosts. We definitely plan to return to Ireland in the future with Golf & Incentive Travel.”
